MTN refund

I was handed over by MTN in December for an account I never concented to taking. Had to pay just to get my name cleared while I fought with MTN and Mondo. Its since being cleared and MTN has confirmed to owe me all I have paid to them to the sum of R2022.00. I was asked to provide my banking details and that the payment will reflect within 5 working days back in early April. I followed up 10 days later and they said a new claim was processed and another 5 days is required. No news from them ever since. I was hounded for money supposedly owned to them but they won't pay me my money and they making me jump through hoops and all.
