MTN refund
This is my 4th time reporting MTN and nothing has been sorted. I also have a reference and was told that I'll get refunded after 3 days. It's almost a month and I am still waiting for the refund of R568.80. My reference is 1- ********** 1323.

Our apology for the refund not done as yet.
Our banking department require the proof of payment done for the R2900.00 made on the 26-3-2018 before the refund will be done.
Please send to me the proof of payment for the refund to be requested.
