MTN REFERS ME TO COLLECTIONS AFTER NON RESPONSE
I am absolutely DISGUSTED BY MTN! I get an email in from NORTON LAMBRIANOS stating i owe them R5377.31 for an account that i previously had with NASHUA. I have tried OVER 20 times to get hold of the call centre, Calls ALWAYS DROP, No one EVER CALLS BACK.I have emailed them and have a reference ***6 relating to the billing dispute - to which no one has EVER come back to me. MTN has been overcharging me for data usage when my account with NASHUA mobile was CAPPED at a fixed rate of R109 p/m with a max of R165 credit limit - account was transfered but they \Forgot"to transfer the cap - they failed to deduct the money on direct debit over 3 months - not once did anyone call me even though i have two accounts with MTN. Now"
