Hello, MTN is not doing themselves proud: I asked them to investigate why when we have forced loadshedding I am unable to make cell calls as well as no data, their response was not very commital nor helpful: "The issue with the sites that do not have back up batteries is being looked at.Apologies for the inconvenience caused."
