MTN REFECENCE NUMBER BO***

Reference number; BO*** In 2024 MTN agent called me to offer me a data offer, I asked for unlimited data but i was given normal data instead, i realized few days later that it is not what I ordered I called MTN and they listened to the recorded calls between me and the agent and they admitted that the agent was wrong, I then requested MTN to collect their router and cancelled the contract as it was not what I ordered. last week I called the MTN agent checked my profile and realized that i was credited since well MTN was at fault but she picked up that i was continued being billed and my account was handed over, she escalated the matter to legal and i was told me to call after 48 hours I did that and the other agent told me that the legal department says I need to call the lawyers when my account was handed, in my understanding I do not owe MTN they handed my account while I was credited and continued to bill me and handed my account instead of them handling the matter with the lawyers they are saying I should handle the matter how because that is their problem not mine.
