MTN reconnection issue

Mtn system isn't working.

I paid my account up to date but was advised to contact Saya attorneys. Saya attorneys says they can't find me on their system. my sims was disconnected so I can't call 135. I can't call from a cell c number as the same menu keeps repeating asking for my cell number over and over again but still cant speak to a consultant. MTN kindly assist as I need to be reconnected urgently
