Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for taking time to raise your concerns with MTN.

Kindly be advised that R20 airtime has an expiry date only when you purchased R30 airtime it stays in non expiry wallet.

We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.

If only that was stated on the starter pack when I purchased it. I would have bought a Vodacom pack. I plan to refer this to the ombudsman as I find this unacceptable that appears no where in ads or print. More importantly is that u are taking my money be it R20 for airtime and if I don't use it then its just gone. I'm sure there are many thousands out there losing their money to this
