MTN reap off

I upgraded my contacts on the 30th November 2022 online and same day received paperwork but till this day (20/12/2022) no one followed it up or phoned me as promised.

The contract was for BLACK FRIDAY 50GB for R199 month to month. The offer was ending on the 4th of December.

I emailed them, spoke with in Facebook platform and was told my enquiry has been escalated to online team but nothing as I write this.

Yesterday I really debit check from my bank on behalf of mtn sp for approval but I declined it it because the amount to be debited was way too much than what I app**** for, instead of R199, it was R2322. I Really don’t know how they got to that amount.
