MTN Really pathetic

There should be a minus category for MTN. One should probably ask if there's any staff at MTN that actually know there job or is capable of performing basic job functions. Obviously MTN top management is proud of the poor performance from there staff. I have upgraded my one contract which was approved in August when the delivery agent came around for the delivery of the device they where unable to do a finger print verification. Which appeared to be regular as the drive was able to confirm that they have it regular with deliveries. I was then informed that this will have to be a manual process. Since then I haven't heard anything back no response from anyone when contacting MTN the refer you to another company. That company refers you then to another company who apparently informs MTN the delivery is going to have to be manual. Wow great so now for a month if been going back and forth with one keep on referring to go to the other and still bo results. Now one have to ask has MTN now taken the device and just don't care and probably given to one of there staff or who knows what. As surely somewhere there's one staff member in the MTN system thats capable of actually doing their job ??? Chances of actually having a response back here is probably also 0 as MTN philosophy is you customer we don't care
