MTN really disappoints with Unlimited internet speed package

I am with MTN Home internet for the past year and for the last 4 month it has become my biggest headache. I am on the highest LTE wifi package but receive an internet speed lower than the lowest package. I have contacted MTN customer service numerous times, send emails with screenshots of the internet speed, I report the unstable internet speed and then nothing changes, not even a follow up to find out if this was resolved. Every time I have to restart the router etc, as if I did not do that yet but it only work so many times. I ask numerous times if my expectation of the internet speed is unrealistic but cannot really get a answer. I am working from home and it is crucial to have at least a steady internet.. I really consider moving over to a different provider even though we have MTN towers in the area. Very disappointed with this poor support or even just finding a solution for this unstable wifi speed.
