Mtn really bad service

This is the most pathetic service I have ever had in all my life. I have been n customer of mtn for more than 20 years. I have a existing contract with mtn that is all up to date. Had another contract on a number for more than 20 years. I made that contract a pay as you go and that was that. Only to find out 2 years later that mtn handed me over to itc because of R9.42 on the cancelled contract. Never a day late payment. Nobody contacted me and explained the outstanding amount of R9.42 wich I would have gladly just paid. Not a phone call not a emial nothing. Just handed me over to itc for R9.42. Now after I found out I went to the mtn store in the k90 mall in Boksburg and they were more than willing to help and also agreed that its some kind of mistake. They logged a ticket on my behalf at the legal department to solve the problem and its beenmore than 2 weeks and they dont even acknowledge the ticket. Is this how you treat your customers. Really pathetic.
