MTN RAUDELENT ADVERTISING IRW TRADE IN OF SAMSUNG CELL PHONES

I took my contract out on 2023-11-28 on a Black Friday special. They have a special running where you trade in your Samsung S20 if it complies to all there requirements which mine did as per par 6 the offer and 7 Redemption of offer. I accepted there offer for R9600 and it was capture on the system. I was inform By Igshaan that i will received a monthly deduction of R400 per month on my 24 mth contract. On MTN sight it show if a tarde it in on the SFE i will received R400 and not up to R400. From December till to date i did not received my discount. I Trade my S20 in a immaculate condition imei no *** for R9600. I feel MTN put there sales person in bad light because they also log the complaint but every time when i asked them i am inform there is about 30 people who billing is still not rectified. I know samsung does have agreement with MTN irw the trade in but MTN is not coming to the table after several mails and telephonical to no avail. I want my R9600 and my billing to be rectified. I feel i was mislead my MTN and MTN sale persons.
