MTN Rating from 1 to 5. 1 been poor and 5 OK minus 100

My cell *** from 17/12/2022, short on anytime data but midnight data 60 gig who works from 12 midnight to 4;59 early morning,called several times about problem.poor callback and customer service , complained from December about data line *** complaint ref no RCO 332383 13/3/2023 everything found in my favor will resume full data 17/03/2023 (big fat joke ) lie as per normal customer trend. complained again ref no 2BB5K63 phoned several time always someone else to call back 15 min never happens still waiting.Been purchasing other data to do work to provide income will the subsidize for there incompetency.. Rating from 1 to 5. 1 been poor and 5 OK minus 100 that is where I am at now they always sorry but nothing gets DONE
