MTN RANDPARK RIDGE

on the 15th march 2018 I went to Rand park ridge under (AMSD HOLDING ) I was assisted by Mandisa (which when I entre in the store she was seating and talking on her personal call and I had to go to her (which as per mtn you need to acknowledge the client )and I told her that I wan t o book a phone for repair 1 she told me that my phone will take 3 MONTHS because MTN is Changing the system and courier company and she cant book my phone which she was not interested but I insisted to book it because its not working 2she told me that I need to bring my invoice or I have to go to store where I bought the phone and I told her that she can use wide search to print the invoice 3 I believe with the new system for booking a repair you book it and you get an sms (which I didn't get till today ) 4 I called later during the day to get reference number and a lady answered the phone (when I'm asking to speak to mandisa she told that she is busy which a understand its retail but she was so rude when I told her that I need my reference number and she gave me this (1- ********** 290) and called repair centre ( ********** 349) and I was told that my phone is not being booked and I called back the store and the lady answered the phone and swear at me "telling me that I don't have manner my mom didn't teach me manners " (I CAN OPEN A CASE FOR HER THOSE WORDS 5)TODAY I CALLED THE REPAIR CENTER AND THEY TOLD ME TAHT MY PHONE IS NOT BEING BOOKED I NEED TO GO BACK TO THE STORE AND CHECK WITH THEM AND THE STORE NEVER BOTHERD TO CALL ME OR UPDATE ME WITH THE REPAIR CENTRE AND I WONDER IF THE OWNER OF THIS FRNACHISE KNOW WHO THEIR CUMSTOMERS ARE TREATED OR IM SEATING HERE WITHOUT A PHONE AND ITS REALLY STRESS BECAUSE I USE THAT PHONE FOR MY BUSINESS I REALLY NEED THIS MATTER TO BE TAKEN FUTHER UNDER MTN AND THEY CAN BRING BACK MY PHONE

THE SERVICE IN RANDPARK IS VERY POOR AND AS FOR AMSD I NEED AN APOLOGIES FROM THE LADY OR I WILL TAKE THIS MATTER FUTHER ( AND THIS BRING A BAD NAME TO MTN (PHONE HTC M9( ********** ********** 4)
