MTN Randburg Square

I went to MTN branch in Randburg for a sim swap i currently have a promising job appointment but obviously cant be reach due to the fact that I don’t have my SIM card this lady looked me in my eyes and said do it manually even after I explained that I’ve been trying to do it manually but I have failed dismally then she have the typical excuse that her system is offline I am honestly seeking employment MTN you could really use new and young consultants those ladies don’t want to work they not even welcoming if anything they wish people could pass by and not go into the store. That is just unacceptable im sure the store barely reaches its monthly target
