MTN Ralph Mupita are you proud knowing how *********** your staff is to just perform a basic job function.

MTN what can one say been battling for months just to just get them to allocate money already paid to my account. But instead of getting the money to be allocate they will haras you as a customer. Threatening to report you to the credit bureau etc where the fault is on there side. After sending numerous emails with proof of payment. Showing them a basic breakdown of what's been paid and that they actually owe you money. They still unable to just get a basic function right. Will this ever be sorted who knows. Whould love to know how the CEO Ralph Mupita of MTN will feel if his treated the same way his staff treat customers. And have to deal for moths being harassed by a company where they are ***********. Whould love to know what he will do.
