MTN R269 PROMOTION DEAL IS FALSE ADVERTISING, ACTUALLY IT'S A ****

I took a contract online for a wifi router that was R269 month to month, on the 11th of July 2024 before making a payment I screenshot a text on the application that says R182 is for pro-rata include R269 for home internet starter - for the next full month. I paid R451 and on the 17th they delivered the router. On the 4th I received message that a payment was rejected because of insufficient funds,following day I received an email with 2 invoices that I owe R668 the other one is R691. I've been calling that useless call center nothing was done till today nothing is resolved, proof of payment for R451 was sent and the R269 for the month of September. Emails are sent to robotics to respond to our queries. WHAT A ****MING PROMOTION, INCLUDING K**K SERVICE. MTN CANCEL MY CONTRACT AM NOT GOING TO PAY ANY PENALTY FEES FOR MY CANCELATION INCLUDING THE ONE YOU SAY AM OWING.
