MTN R199 DATA DEAL *****!!!!

I am LIVID!!!!!!!!!!!! I took a R199 Data deal contract for myself and my mother in July 2019. MTN deducted R949 as the initial debit and they keep telling me ******* about pro-rata. Even if the amount was prorated it can NEVER get to R949 for two R199 data deal contracts. The absolute WORST part about all this ******* and ***** is that no-one at the useless call centre is able to assist me - when you call them it's either they have attitude or the MOST FAMOUS ONE "THE SYSTEM IS OFFLINE"!!! Like ***!!! They keep telling me about their dumbass billing department which can't provide a breakdown of what I am billed for on a bill that should have been R398 but ended up being R949!!! Why advertise falsely if you KNOW very well that you will ***** clients. No small print just plain simple *****!!!

I can't even get out of this ********** contract because it will most probably cost me more to cancel it!! I am tired of calling and explaining the same story over and over again to call agents who don't want to listen to me!! Thee most flipping USELESS service and network I have ever come across and to think that I have been a loyal customer to them for almost two decades!!! Yesses!!!!!
