MTN - Quick to take your money, but the service is useless

It was so convenient to be able to order my home wifi with MTN online, but after I paid for a month and a half subscription on the 15th of October, nobody is able to tell me what happened to my order. After daily phone calls and emails everybody just tells me that they can see my order is pending, but no one can access it.

The last consultant I even spoke to said that I can just place a new order with her and then we will see if we can assist with a refund for your first order that was unsuccessful.

How crazy is that!?
