MTN. Quick to ask for your details to "help" but they never do.

I wrote a review on hellopeter.com about my MTN contract, that someone **********ly added they'd number under my name.

Some guy by the name of kabelo was quick to ask for my details to help me, up to today he still hasn't gotten back to me, it's been almost 3 months now.

The case was logged in May 2017, it's been 7 months of going back and forth with MTN, and still my issue is not resolved.
