MTN query that went from bad to excellent

#BlackFriday Had an issue with trying to get a value added service loaded amd was struggling to get the Call Centre to understand what they needed to do. Matter was escalated to Head Office and the gentleman that called me assisted me and sorted everything out within 5 mins.wish they had more people like him working there and thanks for resolving my issue.
