MTN Queries / after sales very poor!!!!

After a straightforward and efficient contract renewal and taking out 2 new contracts, MTN has failed to give the additional data promised in their adverts, and on any of the contracts that was taken out. I've phoned MTN and they sent email to send an enquiry, and after numerous emails, no response was received. Then lodged another enquiry, with only getting basic info, a query was lodged, and after 4 days resolved, with no one following up with me or checking on the query. I am losing out on 15 GB of data since January with MTN not assisting at all. You cant got to the shops, as they cannot assist, you need to log a call.

Abysmal service, and Ive been with them for over 10 years!!
