MTN Queenstown stole my mother's phone

So the MTN store in Queenstown closed down and my mother's phone is still there to this day. It had gone for fixing. No communication was made for her to come collect the phone before they closed down shop.

Mind you she is still paying for it as it's on contract. She has made several attempts to call a number she got to follow up with but nothing. How is this sound Business???
