MTN ****py service

My name is Phumelele Seruto and just wanted to advise how I am utterly digusted with the service I received from MTN, I called MTN with regards to an extra amount I was charged with on my billing invoice. I spoke to Lungiswa Mpanza who advised that i was cheged this amount due to a subscription i did with some other network, this is utterly false as i have never subscribed to any other service amd even when i got the smss about a subscription, I ensured that i would cancel them immediately. MTN then went on to debit that amount directly from my account, with out my consent and advised there is nothing they can do about it as the money gone. This is day light ******* and find it so outrageous that such behavior is allowed. I signed a contract with mtn and any other amount being debited is a breach of our contract. Even after speacking to the *********** Manager Leilisha Ramthol who acts like shes doing something but just placing you hold to come up with an excuse for such ****. This is not the first time and feel though I have had it with mtn especially being with them for more close to 10 years.
