MTN ****PY INSURANCE COMPANY

My phone was ****** and i submitted my documentation 12/11/2019 to Mtn insurance claims department. After the 3rd day i started doing follow ups just for them to tell me everyday that my claim is in process. Today i called again to find out how far my claim is just for them to tell me that i need to confirm my device make and model i was using after it was written on my claim form i submitted. According to the agent that was the hold up. I am now fed up of this process taking so long! i'v been without a phone for quite a few days and its frustrating to know that the company i pay insurance to every month isn't doing what they suppose to do, nor is their agents competent. Till this very moment i haven't got any satisfaction and still dont have a phone! MTN INSURANCE IS DEFINITELY NOT A COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!!
