MTN ****py customer service

I recently app**** for and was approved for a contract with MTN online. I advised the sales consultant that I use a temporary ID as my original is lost and after speaking to her supervisor confirmed they will still deliver my phone's as long as I have my temp ID an affidavit. Yesterday I received a call from the courier company advising they cannot deliver to me and will be returning my devices to MTN I have tried contacting MTN sent emails posted on their social media platforms to resolve this as they need to deliver on what the agent has promised. After you approved MTN no longer cares and now I will be paying for phones I don't have.
