Mtn ****py and terrinle service

Mtn is probably the worst provider, our area Southdale Jhb South towers have been off for a week now, unable to use 3G, 4G and even calls break up and gets dropped . Called almkst everyday to report it and all the useless call centre can say is yes the towers are down and they aware of it, no answer can be given to say when the towers batteries will be replaced and to get the tower online again, but you have to pay your bill. This is really poor and ****py service, how is a person suppose to work when you cannot connect to your service provider. Doubt Mtn will even respond and fix the towers.
