MTN purposefully making it imposable to cancel

Ok repeat complaint since they do not believe in contacting clients or responding when you contact them.<br> <br> Although I have been going out of my way to contact MTN to get them to fix the cancellation which I requested early and the number that moved last month already.<br> My account was cancelled beforehand, I am not going to pay for another months service because MTN is *********** and incapable of handling clients.<br> I see there is a massive amount of people here that has the exact same problem with them.<br> They do not cancel accounts if requested it does not matter if the cancellation was done properly<br> they just refuse to cancel the accounts correctly.<br> Go and cancel the debit order.<br> <br> MTN is doing their best to take money from people without providing a service.<br>
