MTN = PURE INNEFECIENCY

highly frustrating call center. it takes a very long time for the call to be answered and nothing ever gets resolved. pure inefficiency. my contract ran out in jan 21, i gave notice not to continue, by march they still charged for the monthly fee. signed a nEW sim contract , was a total mess, they couldn't get it right. we're in August and just been told they still haven't cancelled the old contract and i haven't received the credit due for march. i am tired of being penalized for other people inefficiency.
