MTN Pulse Student Data Not Working – No Resolution After 20 Calls!

I bought the MTN Pulse Student Data bundle (10GB – 5GB Day + 5GB Night) today around 10:52am, but the data has not been working at all. I called MTN customer care more than 20 times, followed all their instructions (switching to flight mode, restarting my phone, rebooting, etc.), yet the issue still hasn’t been resolved.

It’s extremely frustrating to spend money on data that I can’t even use. I expected better service and faster assistance from MTN. Please fix this issue or refund me for the bundle.
