MTN pu lic relations sales rep

I LODGED A COMPLAINT WITH MTN AND THIS WAS THIER RESPONSE FROM A SALES REP WHO NOW REPRESENTS MTN LIMTED

Ma'am after all the time I have been helping u and making calls for you . All you actually trying to do is trying to make me loose my job .

I don't know what you are trying to achieve by trying to make MTN look sooo bad but in actual fact the debt review has got to do with accounts that u have not with us but elsewhere .

So I don't mind u sharing it . You only making urself look bad .

Because this is not a way to solve the problem. There is solutions to this problems instead of exposing people as if it's our fault that you are in debt review , when it's actually not .

We can only help where we can we can't fix your accounts for u that u have outside MTN

So it's up to you ,if u feel you need to expose me . You may go ahead . I was just honest and I guess some people can't stand it .
