MTN provides the worse service and Stole my Money

I was debited incorrectly in December i was told that a credit note will be loaded to my account i phoned several times to the call center and every time i was told a different story and that they will help me it is almost 3 months and still no refund. This was the reason i moved to an another cell phone network provider, its a disgrace that the processes is written for the MTN business and not for the convenience of the customer. I am disguised by how my query was handled and will spread the word about this and even if they have the best deals in the future i will not think about it for the experience of bad service.
