MTN provides pathetic customer service
It has been 8 months now and MTN and all its staff have been unable to assist me or contact me regarding over billing and failure from their side to cancel my contracts!!!<br> <br> I have called in to MTN every second day for 6 months and i receive statements like \sorry i cant help you"or i wait on the line for 30 minutes and call gets terminated.<br> <br> Could someone that either is capable of resolving issues or can do their job at MTN contact me<br> <br> Naseef Abdullah<br> ***"""

The billing department has validate the billing: REQ:***
Please note that all data charges are valid as per ITB, this is a result as per live testing done. Charges vs. usage are valid.
N.B. please note that the increase in charges is due the price increase as of the 01/04/2015. Client is now billed R0.99 including vat per MB. Kindly note that LTE(4G) uses up to 8x more data than 3G.
