MTN provides a service ? Don't be fooled

Surprise, surprise - MTN insurance hasn't got any of my details correct even though they sent me a welcome letter which I have sent back to them. Now no communication for 10 days ? Very happy to take my money on a monthly basis, but not so much to give any service!!
