Mtn protecting *********

<p>‎On 10 July 2016 morning I lost my prepaid fone. Next day afternoon I called mtn customer care <br />to figure out the was no outgoing calls; and indeed the was but they manage to give me first six numbers of four different outgoing calls .they told me for more information I should go to mtn store.i went to festival mall Mtn store they referred me to greenstone mall they told me they can't help me.i decided to go to 14th avenue Mtn head office.i completed the forms and they promised me within two working days I will receive an email with all information I requested. Till today am still waiting. Nadia Van Der Horst was the one hel‎p‎ing me ,when I call they say I should leave a message she will come back to me. <br />‎</p>
