MTN protecting companies that SPAM users

I've been receiving spam SMSes the whole month from MTN that says the following:

Play STREETRACE FURY RIGHT NOW! and MANY MORE exciting GAMES Bozzagamez Click http://bit.ly/goBozza First day free then R3.50/day T&Cs. Opt Out dail *464*970#

The company is using MTN's services and provides no means to contact them, meaning MTN is allowing them to register people and ***** their money as well as ensure that no-one can hold them accountable.
