Mtn Protea Glen Mall

I visited Protea Glen mtn store yesterday to do a sim swap and the service was completely bad. When i got there one of the agents was standing at the door with her friend from and having a chat and her work station was empty and i had to wait for her to finish her talk with her friend and thats when she walked back in the shop and shouted next please. When i got to her station she just gave me an attitude and told me that it was late for me to do a sim swap and thag they do not do sim swaps after 12 noon. I had to beg for to assist me and told her that i needed that sim card because that was my main number,she than said i shouls quickly go and get a proof of residence and R10 for the sim card. I came back and she started with the process and unfortunately i failed the security questions, while helping me she was also busy on her cellphone and taking selfies and showing no interest in assisting me. She asked if i came back with the R10 for the sim card and i told her that i forgot to withdraw it however i will swipe at the store. She said no we do not swipe that amount of money so you'll go withdraw once we done here," imagine us having to swipe small amounts like R5 or R10. So since the sim swap was unsuccessful she told to go get an affidavit at the police station and come back the next day so she could send to the supervisor and get it done and continued to tell me that "kuyafana even if you do a sim swap you get your number immediately and that i'd still wait for another 24hrs to get my number back". I then went and got an affidavit and decided to go to another mtn store in lenasia Traderoute mall and to my suprise they assisted me same time with no funny questions asked and did not tell me about the 12pm story and i got my number back in about an hour. Unfortunately i could not get her name because she did not have a name tag on,however it is a dark and tall lady and she has braids on. Please can the lady be taken back to training on how to deal with clients and learn more about TCF.
