MTN PROTEA GLEN MALL!!!

I just came back from Mtn Protea glen mall to track my application status and I was told by a male staff member that I need to go back where I did the application which is westgate!!! Like wow,how patheticis that!!!! I must drive all the way to Westgate just to track my application? This is just pathetic service!! The guy was sooo impatient!!!!
