MTN PROMOTIONAL *******

Please note the following I am about to say is not because I want to be a difficult customer. I am very unhappy with the Service I received yesterday from your Greenstone Branch Manager. She decides to have an assistant run between us to give answers to me, because she chooses to rather take lunch at 2PM knowing I am there and that I have called multiple times, asking for her to assist me. My Phone calls were ignored, messages to phone me back were also ignored!

I traded in my previously phone for a new phone, which was part of their promotion in DECEMBER 2023. The original cost would have been R719.00. But because of the Promotion it would now have been just R300.00 should I trade in. Which I did. I have the signed Documents to prove this.

I have been calling week after week, I went back to the Branch on two occasions. And still in MAY 2024 this has not been resolved. But yet they decide let's take our customer's money, they won't mind.

I CAN'T AFFORD R 700.00 A MONTH!!!!!!! I AM NOT RICH! I have to take care of my wife!

Why is MTN allowing monies to be taken from their customers without checking if its correct? This is a crime! You are taking Money that doesn't belong to you. You are *****ing from customers. I know I'm not the only one.

Why are we not being notified there is a problem? I there no procedures in place to prevent this? Have you not done your homework before finalizing and going ahead with this promotion?

WHEN IS THIS GOING TO BE RESOLVED???????
