MTN promotion on weekend data
<p>I am an MTN contract. My contracts reactive my benefits every 13 of month. Last night I phoned MTN customer line to enquire about a promotion they have on Data bundle "Weekend Turbo" and they told me that the bundles would be valid, active and last me for entire weekend Saturday and Sunday. This morning I bought the "weekend turbo ", only to my surprise 2 hours later I had R0.0 balance both airtime and data. I enquire about this from their call center and they told me that they don't know what had happened and cannot help me.</p>

We have checked the system and do pick up you have purchased R100.00 Weekend data, we do picked up you made one call and had R98.00 left we have escalated the request to the technicians to investigate what happened to the rest of the weekend data bundle. SMC/*** please allow +-4 working days to received feedback.
