MTN promotes *****

MTN SA is trying to take out a contract on my name without it having being authorised by me, no one from the company has called me after my 4th (I mean, 4 times with the same complaint) complaint. They keep trying to go to the bank to collect monies I did not approve, a contract for R14K+????? Really????? I am currently on a 30 minutes call with an agent who has informed me that the manager does not want to speak to me!!! ***????? I need this matter resolved urgently and all the fees enquired paid back to the bank, you do not even bother doing an investigation; only leaving the honours to the wounded party to sort a mess started by YOU!
