MTN promo.....hoax!!!

Personally I would not even give them a 1*. I have been an MTN client for almost twenty years! I went into MTN Blue Route to upgrade my contract in August!! I chose the Samsung A70 as they had a promo where you got a R500 takealot voucher when you took that phone. To this day I have still not received the voucher. I have been into the store, been in touch with MTN, been in touch with Samsung but still nothing. I find this totally unacceptable. What promo????? I cannot believe that I have been told " we have escalated this to the relevant dept" about 10 times. If MTN cannot deliver on their promo then they should not be offering it. The samsung rep was the one that even sent the necessary info to the sms...not once.....not twice.....but four times!!!! Next upgrade will not be with MTN and Samsung!!!
