MTN Promo Charge / Connection Charge

<p>Myself and my husband went to MTN to purchase cellphone contracts. according to our affordability. We specifically asked the sales consultant to give us a breakdown of what our bill would be per month. We asked about any hidden costs as we can't go over our budget. We then received our bill today which is not the amount the consultant gave us. It has a promo charge on it as well as a connection charge which we were not informed about. We are extremely upset about this as it is no ethical to withhold information regarding additional charges to a client.
