MTN Promissed to connect in 2 to 48 hrs.
My phone came up for upgrading of contract - in May. I still have funds on my phone, but it was cut off by MTN. The send an sms that it will be corrected in 2 to 48 hrs time, (that was on the 28th Of May, but my phone is now just a dead item. I went to MTN The Grove, in Nelspruit. All the calls that they tried to make to MTN's Headoffice, was unanswered. They would like to present a service, but without MTN they could not succeed.<br> Plenty of customers came into the shop and blame MTN for cut offs, and they paid up their accounts. MTN was suppose to strike just for 7 days, but today is the 10th day of striking. I need my phone to work so that I could do my banking and other important calls that I have to make, and waiting for. I am doing all our business with my phone, and now I am in trouble because we cannot rely on MTN to give the best customer service as it use to be. It is time that MTN wake up and relise that we the customers are paying your salaries.

I do know how frustrating that this can be, do note that our management teams are aware of this and due to the current protest action being experienced there is delays in our customer touch points.
I hope the above is in order and would once again like to apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you.
