MTN promised refund - 80 days later still not done.

Paid up and closes my MTN account on 21 September. Confirmed in writing by MTN paid up AND account closed. On 22 September MTN deducted another full payment from my bank account without informing me about it. Since then I have tried all means possible to connect with MTN and dispute various written promises that they will refund my money they still haven't. This is more than 80 days now. If I or anyone else don't pay the mighty MTN for over 80 days how much interest and costs do they add?

I want my money back with alm the interest for the over 80 days they gained in their bank account with my money and the cost of all my fruitless phone calls email and messages.

An MTN promise is a worthless promise. This company cannot be trusted and they ***** money.
