Mtn Promenade poor Service, rather go to Cell C

Just had a bad experience with MTN Promenade for the 2nd time. Friday 18 December 2020 I had to stand in a not so long queue for 3hours hours. Just to replace my screen protector that might I add was still under warranty. 4hours later I eventually enter the shop and super sweet sales lady named Grace explained the process and said they can't make the decision without manager who is off sick. She said I have to come back Monday 21 December 2020 and that I don't have to stand in the queue. Monday shop was closed. Today 22 December 2020, I went straight to shop and they refused to help me, saying that I had to stand in a 3 hour queue again because Grace is not available. I had a note and everything, they didn't want to look at it. I asked sales lady if a manager was available and she said no. Some Tarique "acting" mtn Manager guy came out. Said I must stand in queue again. I refused to and this guy nearly shouted at me (poor sales skills). My phone has this laminating screen gaurd priced at R300,00 that was replaced for twice within a 2x 3 month warranty. Poor service at MTN. I strongly suggest everyone stay away from MTN who wants to open new contracts. They only allow 3 ppl in the shop and take 2 hours to help 3 ppl. So if there is 9 ppl in the queue you will have to wait 6hours to be helped. My warranty expired 21 December and I was asked to come back. The warranty is expired now and they won't help me. MTN promenade service is so poor, 7staff members standing around and they only help 3 ppl every 2 hours. I regret getting a contract. If anyone knows how I can stop the contract please let me know and please rather get Cell C or any other contact as MTN just lost my vote with the **** screen gaurd they selling to ppl.
