MTN profits from *****

Recently, *****sters added two extra numbers to my MTN account. I reached out to MTN for assistance, but they informed me that they would not take any action until I provide an affidavit verifying that these numbers are not mine. I am astounded by MTN's response and their refusal to address my calls, emails, and letters. They are also unwilling to share the application details submitted by the *****sters. It feels like MTN is more interested in profiting from these illicit transactions than in helping a customer who has been loyal for over 20 years. This situation is deeply disappointing. It also raises concerns about whether the rumors about MTN employees leaking customer data to ********s might be true. This would imply that both dishonest staff and MTN itself are benefiting at the expense of loyal customers. Be cautious.
