MTN product not received.

I saw an MTN ad for a special R299 per month unlimited calls and 10g data. I placed an order 25/10/2023, payment went off my account and I was advised it was on its way. I then received an sms saying they tried to contact me for delivery but I had no missed calls. I tried to contact them and was told some one would get back to me. I then received a phone call from DSV Couriers who said that there had been an incident at the warehouse and my delivery would be delayed. I have still not received anything. I have tried numerous times to get through to MTN to try and find out what is happening. Sometimes waiting long periods of time. I keep choosing English but they keep speaking zulu. With the help of my zulu staff members, we made it through a few levels only to be cut off again and again. So, money has been taken, I have not received anything and cannot get through to find out what happened.
