MTN Processes on DSV delivery rediculous

Mtn authenticates me for an upgrade package to Sky Silwer with a promo Hisense phone. The mtn authentication all goes through and when DSV comes to deliver my finger prints does not authenticate.
Note: The DSV agent scans the parcel He scans my id He authenticates it is my address with docs required. I have my tax invoice as well from MTN
DSV cant deliver! Due to MTN Processes not in place and fingerprint auth not working.

I am holding my thumbs that I pass the test..
DSV had 4 AUTH failures in 1 day, for 1 delivery person MTN. Imagine the cost involved due to a system not working and having no alternative to give customer service.
