MTN problems

I have reported MTN wi fi lost signal for the last 3 weeks and also phoned numerous times to the call centre for MTN to sort out the problem. They rep**** by saying that the service is working 100% My neighbour has the same problem with MTN

MTN how do I cancel my contract ?
